Friends in the same building had a very different experience to mine. The renovated units are genuinely nice; the unrenovated ones are not, and the listing photos do not make clear which one you are viewing. Ask directly.

Older building so expect some quirks — the floors creak and the windows are single pane — but it is maintained properly and that counts for more. Laundry was fixed the same day both times it broke. Neighbours are mostly long-term, which tells you something.
