What this site is
No Hustle World publishes reviews of rental buildings and landlords written by members of the public. The reviews are the opinions and reported experiences of the people who wrote them. They are not statements of fact by No Hustle World, and we do not verify them. Ratings shown on a building are arithmetic over those reviews, nothing more.
Do not treat what you read here as the final word on a place. Go and see it.
Using the site
- You need a confirmed email address to post anything.
- Review only places you have actually rented, and follow the content policy.
- One account per person. One review per building.
- Do not post anything you know to be false, and do not post other people's personal information.
Your content
What you write stays yours. By posting you give us permission to display it on the site. You can edit or delete your reviews at any time.
You are responsible for what you post. If you state something as fact, be able to stand behind it.
Moderation
We may hide or remove content that breaks the content policy, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do. We are not obliged to remove content simply because someone objects to it. Our reasoning, and who decided, is recorded.
Landlords
If you represent a company reviewed here, you can claim its profile and reply publicly to reviews. See reporting a problem for how to raise a factual correction or a legal complaint.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it is accurate, complete, or available. Decisions about where to live are yours.
Where these terms apply
This site is operated from British Columbia and these terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
Before any public launch: have a lawyer read these terms, the content policy, and the takedown process. Canada has no equivalent of the US Section 230, so the protections an American review site relies on do not apply here.
