[SAMPLE] Genuinely well run
Lived here two years and had no real complaints. Requests went in through the portal and someone actually turned up — the dishwasher was replaced within a week. Building is quiet on weeknights, a bit less so on weekends. Got the full deposit back without having to chase anyone, which I gather is not the norm.

[SAMPLE] Repairs simply do not happen
Reported the same heating problem four times across one winter and used a space heater for most of it. Calls go to voicemail and emails get a holding reply and nothing after. The building itself could be fine if anyone maintained it.

[SAMPLE] Would not rent here again
Persistent pest problem in the building that management treated as individual units' responsibility rather than a building-wide issue. Neighbours reported the same thing. Aside from that the unit was reasonable, but that was enough for me to leave at the end of the term.
