[SAMPLE] Average, honestly
Nothing here is outrageous and nothing is impressive. Rent is about right, the building is clean enough, and management is neither helpful nor obstructive. Deposit came back minus a cleaning fee I did not entirely agree with.

[SAMPLE] Would rent here again
Older building so expect some quirks — the floors creak and the windows are single pane — but it is maintained properly and that counts for more. Laundry was fixed the same day both times it broke. Neighbours are mostly long-term, which tells you something.

[SAMPLE] Fine if nothing breaks
The unit itself is decent and reasonably priced for the location. Management is the weak point — emails go unanswered for a week or two and you have to follow up more than you should. When they do send someone the work is done properly.

[SAMPLE] No surprises, which is the point
Everything in the listing was accurate, the walkthrough was thorough, and the lease had no odd clauses. Parking was as described. The only downside is street noise at the front of the building, so ask for a unit at the back.
