Older building so expect some quirks — the floors creak and the windows are single pane — but it is maintained properly and that counts for more. Laundry was fixed the same day both times it broke. Neighbours are mostly long-term, which tells you something.

[SAMPLE] No surprises, which is the point
Everything in the listing was accurate, the walkthrough was thorough, and the lease had no odd clauses. Parking was as described. The only downside is street noise at the front of the building, so ask for a unit at the back.
